Refund Policy

  • 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or Exchange, please make sure the item is new and no scratches.
  • Buyers have to pay for the return cost and we will pay the cost for resend.
  • You have 7 days to contact us (if there is any problem of the item) and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it will be considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT to you. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
  • We will refund YOUR FULL AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
